What you are buying

Correspondence, not a retainer. We do not appear at CAT or any tribunal, at any price. We do not call the plumber. We put a dated, cited demand in front of the people who can. If they still fail, you have a file a lawyer or the tribunal can read in five minutes.

Who should not pay

If the fire alarm is in trouble, call the fire department. If someone is hurt, call emergency services. If you already have counsel, forward them this letter. And if you have not raised the issue with anyone yet, raise it once yourself first — a demand letter for something nobody has been told about is not our best work.
