What you are buying
Correspondence, not a retainer. We do not appear at CAT for $49. We do not call the plumber. We put a dated, cited demand in front of the people who can. If they still fail, you have a file a lawyer or the tribunal can read in five minutes.
Who should not pay
If you only need a records request or a PIC filled, that is free. If the fire alarm is in trouble, call the fire department. If someone is hurt, call emergency services.
